August 18 Forest Lake Level Authority Special Meeting

The Forest Lake Level Authority Board will hold a special meeting on August 18, 2025 at 2:00 p.m at the Forest Lake Property Owners Association Clubhouse (6180 Bobcat Trail, Alger, MI 48610). The public is invited to attend this public meeting and participate as permitted under the Michigan Open Meetings Act. The purpose of this special meeting is to discuss items related to the ongoing lake level control structure restoration project and the legal lake level of Forest Lake including, but not limited to, approval of invoices and minutes, a Treasurer’s report, project and Board administration topics such as project updates, tree removal and emergency expenditures, per diem reimbursement, ratification of Monsere Hold Harmless Agreement, project close out, in-kind FLPOA emergency rip rap, and all other matters that may come before the Board. A proposed meeting agenda has been prepared for this meeting and is available upon request.
