RESCHEDULED: Special Assessment Public Hearing for Forest Lake

Please note the public hearing was rescheduled from April 11 to April 18. It was rescheduled so assessors and the special assessment team have adequate time to update the assessment roll parcel information after receiving many requests to combine parcels.

The Forest Lake Lake Level Authority Board will meet to review the proposed lake level special assessment roll and computation of costs. There will be time for public comment. If the Board approves the roll and costs then the Arenac County Board of Commissioners will review the assessment roll and computation of costs at a special board meeting on April 23, 2024 at 9:30 AM. Meeting will be held at 23rd Circuit Court.
